Wine Tour, Niagara

October, 2005

Uncorked organized and guided a tour of Niagara with the focus on new and emerging wineries. Participants had a chance to visit the wineries for private tours and tasting. Wines were selected from each of the featured wineries for special sommelier led dinners with food prepared by Chef Paul Padfield of Silverbirches B&B.  After 3 days of fabulous wine and food it was time to head back to Ottawa with full tummies and a trunk full of wonderful wines! www.silverbirchesbythelake.com
